Here at Payré Collection we are committed to providing our customers with the highest customer service and quality products. While our products are Not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time please feel free to email us with any inquiries concerning our products and we will be happy to answer any questions you have to ensure that you are ordering your merchandise with full confidence.

PLEASE NOTE:  All customize bracelets, earrings and sample items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will allow an exchange for the following reasons: *Manufactures Defect - *Wrong products shipped.

In the event your item is no longer available, you have the option to exchange for a different item. (At Equal Value)

Mechandise must be returned in 5 calendar days in the original packaging and must be in the same unworn condition they were received in. Please Note jewelry returned in anything other than the original packaging will not be accepted and exchange will be forfeited you, the customers are responsible for associated shipping cost on the return and Payré Collection will pay to ship your exchanged merchandise back to you. Payré Collection will not grant any exchange due to wrong size or problems with color. All info pertaining to product details are outlined in the product descriptions.

/SHIPPING AND HANDLING/ 

There will be no hidden fees on your order. All fees and charges will be calculated during the check out process.

*All orders to be processed within 3 business days

*Allow 5-7 business days for delivery (could arrive sooner)

*Orders are shipped through UPS and/ or USPS

In order to process your order smoothly we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping and billing address. Other wise your order can be delayed for further verification.

Once a package is in the possession of our carrier for delivery we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In case of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible.

/MATERIALS WE USE/

Payré Collection jewelry is designed with Semi-Precious Stones, CZ Diamonds, Metals, Swarovski & Preciosa Crystals along with Acrylic materials. Our metal materials are plated in a thin layer of gold it is NOT real gold and will eventually fade it’s color naturally from skin salt or pollutants in the air with normal wear. 

Our beaded bracelets is crafted by hand from a stretch cord and finished with rich colored natural semi-precious stones along with cz charms, cz diamond clasp fasteners and metal logo hang tags. We strive to sell high quality and durable fashion jewelry at reasonable prices. To fully enjoy any fashion jewelry you must know that fashion (costume) jewelry is not meant to last forever but with proper care your items will last longer.
